24 Hour Re-Active Mechanical And Electrical Support

Marches Biogas provide 24 hour mechanical and electrical support to plant operators who are looking for this level of back up helping to maximise the efficiency of plant output.

Instrumentation Calibration & Servicing

The team can provide calibration and servicing on a wide range of plant instrumentation in order to maintain accuracy.  This includes level sensor radars, level sensor probes, pressure transducers and switches, temperature probes, gas flow meters and gas analysers.  This work can be done as part of a routine service, re-active or bespoke job.

Online Monitoring & Alarms

As part of our support contracts we offer regular online monitoring of daily plant operation and online support is provided in the first instance after a reactive call has been logged and prior to an engineer attending site.  This service is usually combined with 24 hour text alert alarms which are received by the operator, the Marches Biogas office and the on call engineers.  Together the remote monitoring and text alert alarms mean we can provide a rapid response and keep any downtime to a minimum.
